Booking & Payments: To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the service is completed. Payments can be made via e-transfer, credit card, or other pre-approved methods.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows or lockouts may be charged in full.

Service Scope: Our standard cleaning services include general cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and extras (such as oven, fridge, or laundry) must be booked separately or added in advance.

Access to Property: Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for excellence in every clean. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.

Liability: Vantidy is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed, or improperly installed fixtures. Please secure valuables and inform us of any special concerns before service.

Health & Safety: For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse service in hazardous environments (e.g., presence of mold, pests, excessive clutter, or unsafe conditions).

Holidays & After-Hours: Appointments requested on holidays or outside of normal business hours may incur additional charges and must be arranged in advance.
