Booking & Payment Policy

• To secure your cleaning appointment with Vantidy, you need to book an appointment with us, you can check our calendar on our main page, the calendar allows you to schedule it at the time and day most convenient for you.
   

• Once you schedule an appointment, we can provide you with an estimate over the phone, which may change once we complete the tour of the home. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, this deposit confirms your scheduled service and allows us to prepare our team and materials accordingly. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

• Payments can be made via e-transfer, credit card, or other methods previously arranged with our team. Please note that bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
